Vice president- COO
Jorge is the additional co-founder of Guzman Construction, and his duties include the oversite of all production in the field as well as daily progress on all of the staff outside of the office walls.
Jorge oversees the bones of the operation to make sure each item is put in its place as it should be.
He started from the bottom as a site
laborer and worked his way up to oversite of all framing and structural components of the jobs during the Guzman Subcontractor Years.
Since becoming general contractors, he still maintains these same aspects of quality and dedication to making sure each project has a strong foundation to outlast the stand of time.
With almost 30 years in the industry, he makes sure each project has the same quality of care as his own personal home.

Israel Guzman is a co-founder of Guzman Construction (formerly Guzman Subcontractors Inc), which was founded in 2005. Israel’s daily duties include updating staff on daily progress of the current projects as well as meeting with prospective and current clients for current and future jobs.
Israel oversees the internal and financial side of the business as well as making occasional site visits. He got his start in construction with siding and gutters, moving on to several different facets of construction including poured walls and interior finishes.
He has an eye for detail and is able to relate to the customers’ needs. He has more than 25 years in the industry from start to finish in residential as well as commercial construction.
He is a driving force for Guzman to meet deadlines and budgets.

General Manager- CFO
Lee joined Guzman Construction in late 2007 starting with the oversite of concrete foundations and slab work. After 2 years he took on the role of general manager and began oversite of the office while still spending time in the field in his former
position. After becoming general contractors, he spends most of his time working with estimates, budget, and billing.
He still does the occasional field visits and has set up satellite offices during some of the bigger projects to help with project oversite.
He has interaction with clients as well as vendors on a daily basis to ensure both sides continue to run as they should.
He brings nearly 40 years of experience to the company with great pride in making sure the Guzman logo means quality.
